Let Your Voice Be Heard!

It is that time of the year again!  As YOUR SOLIDWORKS Value Added Reseller, we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with all aspects of the SOLIDWORKS direct and indirect client/vendor relationship.  SOLIDWORKS has commissioned NetReflector to conduct the Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey in order to obtain an independent assessment of customer satisfaction.  As always, this survey which will take approximately 10 very short minutes to complete, will be launching to all SOLIDWORKS commercial customers between May through June.  So please keep an eye on your inbox!  The email invitation will come from SOLIDWORKS’ very own, Gian Paolo Bassi, CEO.

Because our customers are EXTREMELY important to us, we urge to participate!  This survey provides us with the opinions and experiences necessary to improve productivity and efficiencies utilizing the SOLIDWORKS software suite as well as provide us with the necessary information to serve YOU best.
