Good news – this year’s 3DEXPERIENCE World 2021 is being held virtually. This means that anyone, no matter where you are, can tune into and feel inspired by this year’s amazing speaker lineup. These speakers have vast experience and come from many different industries so there will be someone that everyone can learn from.
So without further ado, let’s get on with it and share some of the luminaries who will each be presenting their unique perspectives on the world of design and the tools and technology that provide “The Freedom to Create.”
General Sessions will take place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, February 9-11th. The General Sessions will discuss topics, including Things to Life (Strategy and Direction), From Products to Experience (3DEXPERIENCE Works in Action), and From Connections to Relationships (real customers share their success stories).
Guest Keynote Speakers will include:
Duncan Wardle, former head of Innovation and Creativity at Disney, and his team helped Imagineering, LucasFilm, Marvel, Pixar, and Disney Parks to innovate, creating magical new storylines and experiences for consumers around the globe. Wardle’s unique Design Thinking process helps companies embed a culture of innovation into everyone’s DNA. You won’t want to miss him.
Frank Stephenson, Design Director of Frank Stephenson, an independent design company, is now applying his design expertise to a wide range of projects that move beyond the realms of automotive design. That industry is where he earned acclaim as lead designer and design director at major carmakers such as McLaren, Ferrari, Maserati, Fiat and MINI. He is pioneering the role and way that design is seen in the future of innovation.
On day one, featured customers will include: Taco VanDer Maden, Development & Operations I.T. Manager at IKEA, and Jim Keravala, CEO, Offworld AI, will discuss how they built on human imagination to create new ways of innovating, collaborating, and connecting with their own customers.
The Power of the Community
On Thursday, February 11th, you’ll hear from users across the SOLIDWORKS community all striving to have an impact on our world for the better. Stories will be presented from our featured speakers in three sessions, including:
